Overview:
Fast-paced construction company specializing in building envelope remediation is looking for a Project Manager.
Must pass drug tests. Must pass a background check. Mus have a clean driver's license (minimum 2 years), OSHA 10 and OSHA 30. Please do not apply if you don't meet these 3 requirements.
Projects located mainly in Philadelphia and the surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
- Must be well organized and have common sense.
- Manage all aspects of construction projects to include coordination of schedules, inspections, and daily oversight of subcontractors
- Develop project schedules and oversee material purchases
- Oversee construction schedule, budget, and ensure projects are completed within deadlines and budgets
- Conduct walk-through inspections and other scheduled inspections with the client
- Communicate safety standards to employees and subcontractors. Enforce safety regulations on all job sites
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Interact daily with subcontractors, builders/customers, building professionals, and city inspectors
- Attend construction progress meetings on a regular basis
- Respond to customers' needs providing timely feedback regarding all scheduling and related issues
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Qualifications & Skills
- 2- 6 years’ experience in construction/building renovation management
- Thorough knowledge of residential construction
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Must be knowledgeable and experienced in all current building envelope moisture infiltration prevention
- Experience with remodeling projects preferred
- Complete understanding of the construction process
- Excellent problem/conflict resolution skills, ability to handle and diffuse difficult situations and client concerns in a positive manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel and Outlook
- Spanish a plus

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
