Northwest Enforcement is looking for field officers to join our growing security team. We protect our clients’ properties through on-site security posts, roaming vehicle patrol services and alarm or call response services and are actively recruiting officers for all positions. Both unarmed and armed positions exist. Site environments are diverse and include corporate office buildings, construction sites, parking garages, multifamily residential and more.
Responsibilities:
- Regular activity entries to document the condition of the client site, including detailed reports as incidents occur
- Proactive verbal engagement with individuals displaying problematic behavior (rule violations, trespassing, etc.) to gain voluntary compliance
- Physically walking client properties multiple times per shift to maintain a proactive presence and gather relevant documentation
- Attention to detail and surroundings to notice safety, security and policy issues on site, and problem-solving capacity to respond
- Ability to engage professionally with others on site, de-escalate difficult interactions and coordinate emergency response
