Whether you are just getting started in the trades or already have some construction experience, this is an opportunity to work alongside experienced HVAC and sheet metal professionals on commercial, industrial, and specialty projects across Iowa.
What You'll Do
- Assist sheet metal mechanics, and field leaders on jobsites
- Learn commercial and industrial HVAC systems and equipment
- Help install ductwork, air distribution systems, rooftop units, exhaust systems, and mechanical equipment
- Work with sheet metal fabrication, layout, assembly, and installation
- Learn how to read and understand blueprints, specifications, and construction drawings
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely
- Maintain clean and organized jobsites
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
- Continue developing skills through hands-on training and apprenticeship education
