Key Responsibilities:
Solution Architecture & Design
- Design scalable wireless and hybrid network architectures supporting mission‑critical communications.
- Perform RF path, coverage, and spectrum analysis for licensed and unlicensed systems.
- Develop Bills of Materials (BOMs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Level of Efforts (LOEs) and technical design documentation.
- Select appropriate technologies and vendors based on performance, regulatory, environmental, and operational constraints.
- Ensure designs align with TES standards for reliability, maintainability, and security.
Client Engagement & Pre-Sales Support
- Act as a technical lead during pre‑sales engagements alongside TES sales staff.
- Deliver client-facing design proposals, technical presentations, and solution walkthroughs.
- Translate customer business and operational needs into clear technical requirements.
- Provide technical credibility and guidance throughout the sales and implementation lifecycle.
Engineering Execution & Field Support
- Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot wireless radio systems, network appliances, and power systems.
- Support and guide field technicians during installations, cutovers, and troubleshooting events.
- Validate installations through testing, alignment, performance verification, and documentation.
- Serve as a technical escalation point for complex field or customer issues.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with operations, project management, and field teams to ensure successful execution.
- Provide technical mentoring and training to field and junior engineering staff.
- Participate in continuous improvement of TES engineering standards, templates, and best practices.
