The Superintendent - Commercial will:

Manage daily on-site construction operations for commercial projects.

Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project timelines are met.

Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations.

Inspect work to maintain quality standards and address any issues proactively.

Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Resolve on-site challenges and maintain effective communication with all parties.

Oversee and manage site staff to ensure productivity and adherence to project goals.

Maintain project documentation, including schedules and reports.
