The Registered Nurse (RN) – PRN provides skilled nursing services and clinical oversight to clients in accordance with physician orders, individualized care plans, Colorado regulations, and company policies. The RN supports safe, compassionate, and high-quality care in home health, adult day care, clinic, assisted living, and community settings.
Need to Speak Farci or Dari and English in Littleton Aurora areas
PRN staff work on an as-needed basis and may provide coverage based on operational and patient care needs.
- Perform nursing assessments and reassessments
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice
- Monitor and document changes in client condition
- Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Provide patient and family education
- Respond to emergencies and urgent clinical situations
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, infection prevention, and Colorado regulations
- Participate in required trainings, meetings, and competencies
Required:
- Active Colorado RN license in good standing
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation if travel required
Preferred:
- Experience in home health, adult day care, assisted living, clinic, geriatrics, or skilled nursing
- Bilingual abilities preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills

- Ability to assist clients with mobility and transfers

This position must comply with all Colorado state regulations, HIPAA requirements, OSHA standards, infection prevention guidelines, and company policies and procedures.
Per-visit compensation is inclusive of the completion of the scheduled visit and submission of complete, accurate, and compliant documentation within required timelines including all charting associated with the visit. Incomplete, missing, late, or non-compliant documentation and charting will constitute an incomplete visit and may result in the deferment of payroll processing and/or impact visit compensation until all documentation and charting requirements are satisfied.
