Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to both internal and external customers by assisting with order processing, answering customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and supporting daily customer service operations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate information regarding customer orders, order status, and product inquiries.
- Process customer orders, changes, returns, and payments according to company policies and procedures.
- Serve as a liaison between departments to resolve customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communicate customer feedback, service concerns, and opportunities for improvement to management.
- Partner with the sales team to meet and exceed customer service expectations.
- Answer incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Track deliveries and shipment statuses as needed.
- Assist customers with placing orders and processing payments.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
QualificationsRequired:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional phone etiquette.
