What You’ll Do
As an Office Associate, you'll provide administrative and operational support that helps keep the office organized, efficient, and running smoothly. You'll assist with clerical functions, support accounting and HR initiatives, and contribute to a positive experience for both customers and team members.
Administrative Support
Provide clerical and organizational support for daily business operations.
File and maintain company records and documentation.
Organize and maintain office spaces and common areas.
Perform general office clerical duties and administrative tasks.
Run occasional business-related errands as needed.
Assist with special projects and assignments.
Support office organization and light housekeeping efforts.
Accounting & HR Support
Assist with administrative functions that support key business operations.
Support Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Accounting, and Human Resources projects as needed.
Assist accounting staff with special projects and departmental initiatives.
Help maintain accurate records and documentation.
Protect confidential financial, employee, and company information.
Inventory & Company Programs
Help manage company supplies and employee programs.
Distribute gift cards as needed.
Assist with company apparel distribution.
Monitor and help maintain apparel inventory.
Support special events and employee-related initiatives when required.
Customer Service & Team Collaboration
Represent Bliffert Lumber professionally while supporting company goals.
Act as a positive representative of Bliffert Lumber.
Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
Collaborate with team members across departments.
Support additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by management.
Safety & Compliance
Promote a safe and professional work environment.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Report injuries immediately to management.
Maintain confidentiality of company financial information, business plans, and employee records.
