Position Summary
Our Customer Service Representatives are responsible for providing excellent service to customers by assisting with inquiries, processing orders, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner, both in person and via phone

Process customer orders, payments, and transactions accurately

Resolve customer concerns and complaints effectively with direction

Maintain accurate customer records and account information

Educate customers on company services, pricing, and policies

Handle cash and credit card transactions

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Support team members and assist with additional tasks as needed and assigned

Store opening and closing responsibilities based on shift requirements

Wash and fold laundry duties and laundromat assistance (applicable based on location)

Maintain attendance and punctuality standards
Qualifications

Verbal and written communication skills; must be able to read, write, and speak English

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
