Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in fine dining and culinary arts, with a proven ability to manage kitchen operations effectively. Duties
- Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Develop innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while meeting guest preferences.
- Manage inventory, including ordering and maintaining stock levels, to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
- Implement and enforce food safety protocols in compliance with health regulations.
- Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to foster a positive work environment and enhance culinary skills.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor kitchen performance metrics and adjust processes as needed for efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar culinary leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and presentation.
- Experience in inventory management and cost control within a kitchen setting.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with staff and management.
- Experience in bartending is a plus but not required.
- A passion for fine dining and creating memorable culinary experiences.
