We are seeking one Night Auditors/Front Desk Clerks to join our team. This job is perfect for night owls looking for some extra income.
Hours:
This is a night shift. Hours will be:
- Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
Responsibilities:
- Register and assign rooms to guests
- Confirm phone and online reservations
- Respond to guest needs, requests, and complaints
- Collect payment from departing guests
- Keep records of occupied rooms and guests
- Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments
- Perform close of day and night audit functions according to the motel's procedures
- Will include some light janitorial in lobby areas
Qualifications:
MUST BE RELIABLE!
- Previous experience in customer service, front desk service, or other related fields preferred
- Ability to build rapport with guests
- Strong organizational skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong basic math skills
- Comfortable working with computerized systems
Candidates will be required to pass background checks
We are a 100 room economy level motel located between Grand Junction and Fruita on Highway 6 & 50. Come join our team!
