What You'll Do
As a Real Estate Agent, you'll guide buyers and sellers through one of the most important decisions of their lives while building a successful business of your own.
Your responsibilities include:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and prospective clients.
- Follow up with company-provided leads and generate new business through networking and referrals.
- Conduct property showings, buyer consultations, and listing presentations.
- Guide clients through every stage of the buying and selling process.
- Negotiate contracts and advocate for your clients' best interests.
- Utilize our CRM and technology platforms to manage leads and client communication.
- Stay informed on local market trends, pricing, and industry developments.
- Deliver exceptional customer service that creates repeat business and referrals.
- Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and team meetings to continually improve your skills.

Qualifications
