We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional behavioral health services. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized treatment plans for children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine client needs and develop tailored intervention strategies.
- Design, implement, and supervise behavior intervention plans grounded in applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions.
- Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and staff on behavioral therapy techniques and data collection methods.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, patient records, and HIPAA-compliant confidentiality standards throughout all stages of care.
- Participate in intake assessments and coordinate services within the scope of behavioral health and special education frameworks.
Skills
- Extensive knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques and behavioral therapy methodologies.
- Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder.
- Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and reporting to evaluate treatment effectiveness.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation practices, and HIPAA regulations related to patient privacy.
- Ability to perform patient assessments, conduct diagnostic evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Excellent communication skills for working collaboratively with families, educators, healthcare providers, and team members.
