About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you’ll play a vital role in delivering and coordinating world-class patient care. You’ll oversee clinical quality, manage lab operations, and serve as the primary patient advocate — ensuring every man who walks through our doors receives exceptional, personalized treatment and follow-up.
Core Responsibilities
- Administer intramuscular injections (testosterone, peptide, and vitamin therapies)
- Perform blood draws, process samples, and oversee in-house lab quality control
- Ensure clinical documentation accuracy and compliance with all protocols
- Review and communicate lab results and treatment plans with patients
- Coordinate patient follow-up appointments and monitor treatment outcomes
- Order and track medications, supplies, and laboratory inventory
- Collaborate closely with the Clinic Director to ensure operational excellence
- Support and mentor Medical Assistants and ensure consistent patient experience
- Maintain a professional, clean, and welcoming clinic environment
- Uphold HIPAA compliance and best practices in patient confidentiality
Qualifications
- Active RN license (Virginia, required)
- 1+ years of experience in clinical or medspa settings a plus!
- Proficient in phlebotomy, injections, and patient education
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently and collaborating in a small, fast-paced team
- No current or pending malpractice issues
