Position Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced HVAC and Refrigeration Technician with a valid Texas HVAC Contractor License (or the specific contractor license required for the work you intend to perform). The ideal candidate is capable of diagnosing, repairing, installing, and maintaining commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC systems.
- Troubleshoot commercial refrigeration equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance on rooftop units, split systems, walk-in coolers/freezers, and ice machines.
- Install HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
- Read wiring diagrams and electrical schematics.
- Repair electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration system failures.
- Maintain EPA compliance and industry safety standards.
- Communicate findings and recommendations with customers.
- Complete digital service reports with photos.
- Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and inventory.
- Mentor less experienced technicians when needed.
Qualifications
Required:
- Valid Texas HVAC Contractor License (or other applicable contractor license).
- EPA Universal Certification.
- 8+ years of commercial HVAC service experience.
- Commercial refrigeration experience.
- Strong electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to diagnose difficult system issues.
- Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Pay
$40–$50 per hour (depending on experience and licensing)
Higher compensation may be available for exceptional candidates with extensive commercial HVAC and refrigeration experience.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Full-time
- Overtime available
- On-call rotation (if applicable)
