**Job Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lube Technician to join our team. As a Lube Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the vehicles that come into our shop receive the highest level of maintenance and service. You will be working in a fast-paced environment and will be expected to maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency.
**Responsibilities:**
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance and repairs, including oil changes, tire repair/replacement and other fluid services.
- Conduct diagnostic tests on vehicles to identify potential issues.
- Utilize hand tools and heavy lifting equipment to complete tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for our customers.
- Keep detailed records of work performed and communicate with office staff on the status of their vehicles.
- Collaborate with other technicians to complete complex repairs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive service procedures and technologies.
**Experience:**
- Prior experience as a Lube and Tire Technician or in a related field is required.
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures is essential.
- Experience with heavy lifting and working with hand tools is necessary.
- Strong customer service skills are a must.
- Ability to maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with automotive diagnostics and maintenance is a significant advantage.
- Willingness to learn new skills and stay current with industry developments is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.05 - $18.43 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 52 per week
