Summary
We are seeking a passionate Infant/Toddler Teacher floater to join our team at 4Views Academy. In this role, you will be instrumental in creating a stimulating and supportive classroom environment that encourages young children to explore, learn, and develop essential skills. Your contributions will help shape the future of our children and their families.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote early childhood education.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment for all students.
- Encourage creativity and exploration through hands-on activities and play-based learning.
- Assess and monitor children's progress, providing feedback to parents as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive educational experience.
- Maintain an organized classroom that supports learning and development.
Requirements
- One year of experience in a child care facility setting.
- Must have completed the required trainings - CPR/First Aid, Health & Safety, Early Learning Guidelines, Safe With You, etc.
- Experience working with young children in an educational setting.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and staff.
- Passion for nurturing children's growth and development.
- Be familiar with the Step Up to Quality Process and what it means for staff.
