Bartender Responsibilities
· Serve customers at bar counter.
· Answer questions about food & beverages
· Must be willing to learn and be trained about PB beer.
· Set up and clean up bar.
· Serve customers alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
· Prepare garnishes and mixers according to recipes.
· Assess customer needs and preferences and make recommendations.
· Maintain an orderly appearance of bar area and work.
· Ensure bar area adheres to standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service.
· Tap kegs.
· Responsible for ensuring a safe and secure bar area by enforcing standards and procedures for alcohol consumption, comply with all legal regulations.
· Monitor customers alcohol consumption and refuse service if necessary.
· Maintain supplies.
· Perform cash-handling functions including point of sale system, register and daily reporting.
Server Responsibilities
· Serve customers table side.
· Answer questions about food & drink & make suggestions.
· Become knowledgeable about PB beer.
· Set up tables & condiments.
· Clean, clear and buss tables.
· Take customer orders.
· Deliver food & beverage to tables.
· Keep track of tabs and take payment.
· Communicate with co-workers.
· Handle money appropriately.
· Opening and closing shift side-work.
· Work as a team player.
· Positive and engaging attitude.
Must be available nights and weekends & have a flexible schedule.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Projects professional, engaging and enthusiastic mage with positive energy.
Must be a team-player.
Multi-tasking ability
Ability to lift 40 pounds, stand for long periods of time and be able to bend, stretch and twist.
