We are seeking motivated, reliable individuals to join our residential painting crew for the upcoming summer season. No professional painting experience is required—we provide full training.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing residential exteriors (power washing, scraping, sanding, priming).
- Applying high-quality paint and stains to homes, decks and fences.
- Maintaining a clean and organized job site.
- Ensuring 100% customer satisfaction through quality work and professionalism.
- Collaborating with your crew and Branch Manager to meet daily production goals.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites within Noblesville.
- Able and comfortable working on ladders and perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
- A "growth mindset" and a strong work ethic.
- No experience required (we provide full training!).
