- Thursday – Saturday: 1:30 PM – 8:00 PM
- Sunday: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM

About Coffee & Hair Co.
Coffee & Hair Co. is Miami's modern blow-dry bar where beautiful hair meets great coffee.
No cuts. No color. Just beautiful blowouts.
We specialize in professional blowouts, healthy hair, and creating an elevated guest experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
No clientele? No problem. We provide the guests. Most of our stylists begin building a loyal returning clientele within 1–3 weeks, depending on the quality of service they provide. Happy guests request their stylist by name, allowing you to quickly grow your own book.
Responsibilities
- Perform professional blowouts and styling services for all hair types
- Shampoo, condition, and apply in-salon treatments
- Consult with guests to understand their hair goals
- Recommend retail products and salon services
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience from check-in to checkout
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation
- Manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Support teammates during busy periods
- Follow Coffee & Hair Co. service standards and brand guidelines
Qualifications
- Active Florida Cosmetology License (Required)
- Blowout and styling experience preferred (training available for the right candidate)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable working with all hair types and textures
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Positive attitude and team player
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced salon environment
- Weekend availability
