At Luton’s Plumbing, Heating & AC, we’ve built a reputation for quality, reliability, and professionalism across Clarion County and beyond. As we grow, we’re seeking a hands-on, detail-driven individual to oversee our inventory systems, manage our vehicle fleet, and support our field teams with timely staging and delivery of materials.
Key Responsibilities: Inventory & Shop Management
- Maintain accurate stock levels of plumbing, HVAC, and installation materials.
- Reorder stock and replenish supplies in coordination with purchasing protocols.
- Receive and check in deliveries, ensuring packing slips and POs match.
- Coordinate and process returns, damaged goods, and warranty claims.
- Keep the shop organized, clean, and safe.
Fleet & Equipment Oversight
- Monitor registration, inspection, and maintenance schedules for all company vehicles and trailers.
- Ensure DOT compliance and readiness of all vans and work trucks.
- Track and schedule necessary servicing, inspections, and record-keeping.
Job Order Staging & Material Delivery
- Prepare and stage material orders for residential and commercial jobs.
- Load, haul, and deliver equipment, trailers, and supplies to job sites as needed.
- Assist with the physical setup or breakdown of jobsite equipment when required.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in shop/warehouse, fleet, or inventory management (2+ years preferred)
- Ability to lift and move materials and equipment (50+ lbs)
- Valid driver’s license required
- DOT Physical preferred (or willing to obtain)
- Familiarity with plumbing and HVAC materials strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently, stay on schedule, and take initiative
