About This Role
Advanced Physical Therapy is looking for a dedicated, patient-centered Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient clinic team in Neosho, MO. If you love working hands-on with patients and want to be part of a supportive team that truly values your contributions — we want to hear from you.
Our Neosho clinic is a collaborative, upbeat environment where you’ll work closely with our PT staff to deliver exceptional care and help patients reach their goals every day.
What You’ll Do
- Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist
- Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions with a focus on patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Monitor and document patient progress, reporting changes to the supervising PT
- Collaborate closely with PTs and front office staff to deliver exceptional care
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with clinic and regulatory standards
- Contribute to a positive, patient-first clinic culture
What We’re Looking For
- Associate’s degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited program
- Current Missouri PTA license or ability to obtain prior to start date
- Genuine passion for patient care and clinical excellence
- Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
