TANING Los Altos Hiring｜Store Manager / Shift Leader
We are an established bubble tea, fruit tea, light food, and dessert brand expanding rapidly in the U.S. Our team is young, energetic, and full of growth opportunities. We are now hiring a Store Manager / Shift Leader to lead daily store operations, team management, and product execution.
Compensation
Monthly Salary: $6,000 + Bonus
Final offer depends on experience and qualifications.
Job Responsibilities
Lead overall daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow
Manage front-of-house and back-of-house team members
Prepare drinks, light food, and desserts when needed and ensure consistent product quality
Train employees on drink preparation, light food/dessert production, service standards, and store procedures
Manage scheduling, shift assignments, and team performance
Monitor inventory, ingredient preparation, refills, product usage, and production quality
Place orders, coordinate supplies, and maintain proper stock levels
Maintain store cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards
Handle customer service, feedback, and daily operational issues
Coordinate both TANING beverage operations and Table light food/dessert operations as needed
Communicate with management and complete assigned operational tasks
Job Requirements
Previous store management experience preferred
Bubble tea, café, bakery, dessert shop, restaurant, or food service experience preferred
Experience with light food, dessert, pastry, or simple kitchen production is a plus
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Able to manage both service operations and product preparation operations
Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to take ownership
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
Basic inventory, ordering, scheduling, and team management skills
Flexible availability, including weekends and peak hours
