We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team.
This is a full time, 100% work-from-home, 1099 independent contractor position for someone with a strong background in the automotive parts industry who knows how to help customers find the right parts.
REQUIREMENTS
- Automotive parts experience is REQUIRED
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and vehicle fitment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable researching parts and determining compatibility
- Experience with online orders, returns, shipping, and customer questions
- Must be available to work weekends
- Must provide your own computer
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist customers with automotive parts and fitment questions
- Answer customer calls, emails, and online messages
- Help customers with orders, shipping, returns, and product information
- Research parts and verify vehicle compatibility
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Provide a great customer experience from order placement through delivery
- Dispatch orders
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for someone who already understands automotive parts. You don't have to be a mechanic, but you should be comfortable discussing vehicles, parts, fitment, and helping customers find what they need.
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
