We are looking for experienced Assistant Managers for our Okemos and E. Lansing locations who would also but interested in training for possible General Manager positions.
This position shares responsibility with our Restaurant General Manager. Some of the responsibilities would include hiring, and the development of new staff. The ability to control costs such as food and labor. Ensure the safety, cleanliness and sanitation procedures continued to be adhered to. Continue to increase sales by ensuring customer satisfaction and problem resolution. Display good judgment and decision making skills and have superior leadership skills. Someone that is ambitious and driven as we are expanding our business and looking for reliable and trustworthy individuals to grow with us.
Assistant Managers are responsible for the operation of the store when the manager is not present, on vacation or on a leave of absence. Prior leadership or management experience is required. Must be at least 18 years of age.

Pay: $14.50 - $16.00 per hour
