Roya, Austin’s newest upscale Persian dining experience, is seeking a Restaurant Manager to help lead our dedicated service team. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in fine dining, understands guest flow and table management, and models exceptional hospitality.
We’re looking for someone with:
- 2+ years of leadership experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality
- A warm, professional presence and commitment for exceptional guest service
- Ability to lead a team to achive company goals.
- Experience with Tock/Resy Reservation Sytem
- Proficient with Toast POS system.
- Strong floor awareness, attention to detail, and team motivation skills
- Full availability for evenings, weekends, and holiday
