Responsibilities:
- Checks the residents' charts for order and need for new
- Completes chart audits
- Copies, prepares and Assists in admission, discharge and transfer of a resident to the hospital or to another
- Receives, unpacks and stores floor
- Utilizes computer, as instructed , to update resident
- Performs other related duties as directed by the Charge Nurse or
- Reception and Communications : Functions as a liaison for the Nurse in inter-departmental Contacts laundry, laboratory and other departments as specified.
- Directs Answer the telephone and the Nurse call system Assists in the transport of residents to other Delivers appointments requests to appropriate
- Delivers and obtains charts from medical records ad Transports residents on elevators for meals, activities , clinic visits and other
- Interpersonal Relations : Cooperative with residents, visitor's, co-workers, supervisors and

- Organizational Responsibilities : Provides assistance with resident care where
- Promotes the organization's and departments image, philosophy and
- Follows organizational and departmental policies and
- Follows assigned safety, security and fire
- Reports any accidents and dangerous situations
- Maintains confidentiality of organization and resident
Education:
High School Diploma
Compensation: $24.48 per hour
