Schedule:
Mon & Tuesday - Days OFF
Weds, Thurs, Friday - 11:00 a.m. - 7:45 p.m.
Sat & Sunday 6;00 a.m. - 2:45 p.m.
What You'll Do
- Supervise daily warehouse operations and lead warehouse associates
- Welcome and onboard new employees, including new hire orientation
- Set up associates in the timekeeping system
- Introduce new hires to customer management and warehouse operations
- Assist with coaching and on-the-job training
- Monitor attendance, productivity, and timekeeping records
- Conduct daily safety meetings and promote a safe work environment
- Investigate workplace incidents and submit reports to the corporate office
- Ensure proper staffing levels to meet customer needs
- Communicate effectively with customers, warehouse teams, and corporate leadership
- Prepare reports using Microsoft Office applications

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse leadership experience (Lead, Supervisor, or higher) OR 5+ years of warehouse experience
- Certified and experienced operating a Sit-Down Counterbalance Forklift
- Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Safety-focused with the ability to motivate and lead teams
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Authorized to work in the United States
