Position Overview
SCREENEZE® is seeking a highly organized and professional Customer Support Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for customers, distributors, and internal teams. This role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless communication, accurate routing of inquiries, and smooth day-to-day office operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Support & Communication (Primary Focus)
- Answer and manage all incoming phone calls with professionalism and efficiency
- Route calls to appropriate team members (sales, technical support, orders, etc.) using established call guidelines
- Monitor and manage the shared support email inbox
- Respond to customer inquiries or route messages to the correct internal contact
- Forward relevant inquiries to assigned Sales Representatives
CRM & Support Coordination
- Log all customer interactions in Microsoft Dynamics
- Create and assign follow-up tasks (quotes, sample requests, technical questions, warranties, etc.)
- Ensure all customer requests are tracked and completed—nothing falls through the cracks
- Manage incoming website contact form submissions within Dynamics
- Support internal coordination by assigning and organizing requests appropriately
Administrative & Office Support
- Maintain office supplies and shared spaces
- Coordinate group lunches, food orders, and occasional events
- Assist with internal gatherings and office activities
- Provide light office upkeep and weekly garbage removal (Thursdays)
- Coordinate with external cleaning service vendors
General Administrative Support
- Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed
- Act as the “first touch” for incoming communication across the company
- Help maintain organized workflows across departments
Qualifications
- High School diploma required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent hands-on experience in customer support, coordination, or administrative roles)
- 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional phone presence and business etiquette
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities calmly
- Experience with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics a plus)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
