About SLEEKFENCE
SLEEKFENCE is a fast-growing North American manufacturer of premium aluminum privacy fence and architectural screening systems. Our products are used on luxury residential and demanding commercial projects, including national brands, mixed-use developments, multifamily, hospitality, education, institutional, and other architect-led applications.
Our systems were developed by fence-industry professionals to solve the limitations of traditional privacy fencing. Panels and gates arrive fully pre-assembled and are manufactured from 6063-T6 aluminum with a durable powder-coated finish. We also support complex rooftop, surface-mount, overheight, and engineered high-wind applications.
The Opportunity
We are hiring a proven business development professional to grow SLEEKFENCE throughout the Central Region. This is a true hunter role focused on qualified pipeline creation, early project influence, specification wins, and measurable sales growth.
The right candidate will know how to get in front of architects, landscape architects, developers, general contractors, fence contractors, and other project decision-makers. You will identify projects before they reach bid, build credibility with design teams, position SLEEKFENCE as the preferred solution, and move opportunities forward with urgency and discipline.
This role is best suited to someone who takes pride in the craft of sales, enjoys opening doors, and can turn relationships and project intelligence into a significant regional pipeline.
What You Will Own
- Regional pipeline creation: Proactively identify, qualify, and develop commercial and specification-driven opportunities across the Central Region.
- Architectural relationships: Build strong working relationships with architects, landscape architects, design teams, developers, and owners at priority firms and accounts.
- Specification development: Influence material selection early and secure SLEEKFENCE within project specifications, drawings, details, and approved product lists.
- Project pursuit: Stay close to opportunities as they move from concept through design, budgeting, bidding, and contractor engagement.
- Technical education: Lead product presentations, lunch-and-learns, AIA/CEU sessions, and project-specific design discussions, supported by our technical and engineering resources.
- Contractor and channel engagement: Develop relationships with high-quality contractors and regional partners who can support project execution and repeat sales.
- Sales collaboration: Coordinate a clean handoff into formal pricing and closing, while remaining involved where your relationships or project knowledge can advance the sale.
- CRM and forecasting: Maintain accurate project stages, contacts, next steps, values, timelines, and activity within the CRM.
Priority Markets and Applications
The role will focus primarily on architect-led and commercial opportunities, including:
- Mixed-use, multifamily, hospitality, and high-end residential developments
- National retail, restaurant, and multi-location brands
- Education, institutional, municipal, church, and campus projects
- Rooftop, equipment screening, perimeter privacy, overheight, and other complex applications

- Persistent follow-up, strong organization, disciplined CRM use, and the ability to manage a large territory with minimal oversight
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout the region approximately 75% of the time
Performance Expectations
- Maintain a consistent weekly rhythm of at least 10-12 high-quality, in-person meetings with specifiers and project decision-makers
- Complete at minimum 100+ meaningful follow-up contacts with firms and active project stakeholders each month
- Build and manage a healthy qualified pipeline and meet targets for opportunity creation, pipeline value, specification wins, and sales contribution
- Travel throughout the Central Region each week. Texas and surrounding states.
