Position Overview:
We are seeking driven, professional sales agents to help grow our Individual Health and Medicare sales division. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people understand their options, solve real coverage problems, and build long-term client relationships.

This is a growth-focused opportunity with multiple compensation structures available depending on experience, licensing, production history, and fit.
Responsibilities:
Prospect, consult with, and enroll individuals and families in appropriate health insurance coverage
Assist under-65 clients with Florida Blue and individual health plan options
Work with over-65 clients on Medicare supplements, Medicare Advantage, PDP, and related senior products
Educate clients clearly and professionally on plan choices, coverage, networks, costs, and enrollment timelines
Develop referral relationships with employers, professionals, community partners, and existing clients
Maintain accurate records and follow compliance guidelines
Follow up with prospects, renewals, and existing clients
Build and maintain a long-term book of business

Qualifications:
Active Florida 2-15 Health & Life license preferred
Experience selling individual health, Medicare, Medicare supplements, ACA, or related insurance products preferred
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Professional, ethical, and client-first approach
Self-motivated and comfortable with sales activity
Ability to explain coverage in a clear, practical way
Comfortable using CRM systems, carrier portals, email, and basic technology
Existing book of business or referral network is a plus, but not required
