Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to foster loyalty and satisfaction
- Operate cash registers and POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for retail sales transactions and cash handling
- Assist customers with product demos, explaining features and benefits to enhance their shopping experience
- Stock shelves, merchandise products, and maintain organized displays to ensure an inviting store environment
- Upsell complementary products by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable options
- Handle cashiering duties including cash drawer handling, basic math calculations, and processing returns or exchanges
- Maintain knowledge of store products, promotions, and inventory levels to support sales efforts effectively
- be able to lift up to 50 lbsof packages.

Qualifications
- Previous retail sales experience or grocery store background is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers confidently in multiple languages (bilingual ability is a plus)
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, and retail math for accurate transactions
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries professionally over the phone or in person
- Supervising experience is advantageous for those interested in growth opportunities within the team
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves throughout shifts
- Basic math skills for cash handling, balancing cash drawers, and processing sales efficiently
