Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their orders.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and food safety guidelines.
- Operate cash registers accurately, handling transactions and providing change as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including dining and kitchen spaces.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies and reporting shortages.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in dunkin donuts preferred.
- Familiarity with cash register operations and basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus but can be learned on the job.
- A willingness to learn, adapt, and help others in a team-oriented environment is essential.
