Production Coordinator
About the Role
The Production Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring roofing projects run efficiently from start to finish. This position is responsible for coordinating materials, schedules, communication, and logistics between vendors, sales teams, project managers, and subcontractors.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Your goal is to help ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesMaterial Take-Off & Ordering
- Perform material take-offs based on project requirements
- Coordinate with suppliers to order and track materials
- Update project records with material details and costs
Project Scheduling
- Develop project schedules based on job scope and timelines
- Coordinate with project managers to align labor and resources
- Maintain project timelines and scheduling within ServiceTitan
Communication & Coordination
- Serve as a main point of contact for project managers and sales teams
- Respond promptly to calls, emails, and project inquiries
- Communicate important updates to vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams
Collaboration with Project Managers
- Support smooth project execution from planning through completion
- Communicate schedule, scope, or resource changes as needed
- Assist in resolving project challenges and job-site issues
Sales Team Support
- Assist with post-sale questions and project updates
- Provide accurate timeline and project status information
- Ensure a seamless transition from sales to production
Documentation & Quality Control
- Maintain organized and accurate project documentation
- Review project data regularly for accuracy and completeness
- Archive completed projects and records appropriately
Customer Interaction
- Communicate professionally with customers when additional information is needed
- Handle customer questions and concerns effectively
Reporting & Process Improvement
- Generate reports on project progress and KPIs
- Provide updates to leadership regarding project performance
- Identify workflow improvements and help implement more efficient processes
Qualifications
- Experience with ServiceTitan or similar project management software
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and follow-through
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Pay: $55,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
