Greensboro maintenance company in business since 1997 is looking for a driven individual to do residential service calls for rental properties. We need a strong minded problem solver to handle service work from 8am - 5 pm Mon - Friday. No after hours or weekend work will be required for this position. Plumbing and electrical service calls and repair will be a majority of job responsibility. Also included are general remodeling, deck repairs, door repairs/ replacement, siding repair, general interior home repairs, installing door knobs, installing faucets, light fixtures, etc. You will learn all aspects of home improvement and maintenance working with us.
Person must be punctual, well spoken and ready to take on different tasks daily. Applicant must be a motivated individual who is a quick learner and has the ability to communicate with tenants in a professional and courteous manner. Company issued Apple I-pad will be furnished or personal smart phone is required. Applicant will be required to submit to a background test. Valid NC drivers license is required. Pay will be based on the amount of experience you have.
