Coastland Group is looking to add a Production Assistant to our growing team!
Job Duties:
- Develop and maintain knowledge of screen-printing processes, including pre-press, printing, finishing, and post-press work.

Read work orders to determine proper logo and location of screen print.

Prep and reclaim screens.

Loading and unloading of screen print machine.

Remove printed garments from dryer.
- Run pack and fold machine.

Obtain artwork and format for laser engraving projects.

Help maintain screen printing equipment.

Assist with embroidery machines.
- Be able to lift 30 pounds.
- Ship and fulfill orders.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.

Quality control and inspections of printed goods
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Must pay great attention to detail.

Experience is not necessary, but a plus.
- Be able to stay on your feet for 8+ hours a day.
- Be willing to learn and apply on the job training skills.
- Basic Computer skills.

Familiarity with Lightburn software not required, but helpful.
- Able to understand and follow verbal or written instructions with minimal supervision.
- Positive attitude and desire to be a team player.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
