In-Store Management Trainee
We are currently hiring for an In-Store Management Trainee position. This entry-level opportunity is designed for motivated individuals who are ready to build a long-term career in retail sales, customer experience, and leadership development.
Our team partners with nationally recognized brands to execute high-impact retail campaigns focused on customer engagement, brand representation, and sales growth. Through hands-on training and mentorship, you'll gain practical experience in sales, team leadership, operations, and management while working in a fast-paced retail environment.
What You'll Do
- Interact with customers through face-to-face conversations in a retail setting
- Educate customers on products, services, and current promotions
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving sales and customer acquisition
- Support daily retail operations and campaign execution
- Learn how to coach and motivate team members to achieve performance goals
- Participate in leadership training, team meetings, and professional development sessions
- Assist with mentoring new team members as leadership skills develop
Key Responsibilities
- Execute retail sales and customer engagement strategies
- Build strong relationships with customers while representing client brands professionally
- Learn store operations, performance tracking, and daily business management
- Assist leadership with goal setting, team development, and performance coaching
- Support promotional campaigns and in-store marketing initiatives
- Monitor individual and team performance while contributing ideas to improve results
- Develop leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills through hands-on experience
