Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residents rooms, common areas, and public spaces following established protocols.
- Maintain impeccable floor care by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces to ensure a spotless appearance.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning materials to ensure readiness for residents needs.
- Follow health and safety guidelines diligently during all cleaning activities to promote a safe environment.
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold quality standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services; hotel or hospitality experience is highly preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to high cleanliness standards.
- Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
