Construction Crew Member / Equipment Operator (Class A CDL Required)This Is Not Your Typical Construction Job
If you're looking for a position where you'll sit in an excavator or drive a truck all day, this isn't it.
We're looking for someone who enjoys learning, likes variety, and wants to be involved in every phase of a project—from raw land to completed homes.
Every week is different, and that's exactly how we like it.
What You'll Be Doing
Our company performs a wide variety of work, including:
- Heavy equipment operation
- Hauling equipment and materials (Class A CDL required)
- Excavation and site development
- Underground sewer, water, and storm utility installation
- Mainline utility construction
- Directional drilling
- Site grading and finish grading
- Land clearing
- Demolition
- Tub grinding and material recycling
- Residential and commercial construction support
- New home construction and development
- Property cleanup and job site organization
- Assisting with painting, finish work, punch lists, and final project preparation
- Coordinating with subcontractors and helping keep projects moving efficiently
No two days are exactly the same. If you enjoy learning new skills and taking on different challenges, you'll fit right in.
What We're Looking For
We aren't looking for someone who waits for instructions.
We're looking for someone who naturally asks:
- "What's next?"
- "How can I help?"
- "What can I do to keep this project moving?"
The right person notices when materials need to be moved, the site needs cleaned, equipment needs fueled, or another crew member needs a hand—and takes care of it without waiting to be asked.
If you take pride in being productive and keeping projects moving, you'll do well here.
Schedule
Construction doesn't follow a standard 8:00–5:00 schedule.
Our workdays depend on project deadlines, weather, customer needs, and the goals we set for ourselves. Overtime is common, and everyone pitches in to finish the job safely and efficiently.

This Position IS For You If...
- You enjoy variety.
- You like learning new skills.
- You take ownership of your work.
- You enjoy staying busy.
- You can switch from operating an excavator to laying pipe, then helping with a construction project without complaining.
