DEPARTMENT: Maintenance
Purpose
Minimize the impact of equipment failures on production by ensuring accurate diagnosis and timely execution of maintenance activities. Support equipment availability and reliability across mechanical and electromechanical systems while maintaining compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Main Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections on operating mechanical and electromechanical equipment
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities during production and scheduled interventions
- Assist with mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical failure analysis and corrective actions
- Ensure application of HSE standards; report incidents, perform inspections, and support investigations
- Maintain maintenance records and technical documentation in maintenance management systems
- Support energy optimization and efficiency initiatives
- Coordinate maintenance activities with internal teams and external vendors
- Guide and support maintenance personnel during daily operations
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in industrial maintenance, breakdown management, or maintenance supervision
- Hands‑on knowledge of mechanical systems and basic electrical or electromechanical troubleshooting
- Experience using maintenance management systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Working knowledge of HSE standards in manufacturing environments
- Ability to work in industrial conditions, including climbing and lifting
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Electromechanical Engineering preferred
- Ability to work rotating shifts (8–12 hours)
