We’re growing fast and looking for motivated Welder/Fabricators to join our production team in Harlingen, TX.
Position Overview
The Welder/Fabricator will be responsible for cutting, fitting, and welding stainless steel parts to build our custom equipment. This position requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and pride in producing high-quality work that meets food-grade standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform MIG and TIG welding on stainless steel materials.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical diagrams.
- Fabricate and assemble components according to specifications.
- Operate basic shop equipment such as saws, grinders, and drills.
- Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
- Follow company and OSHA safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of welding or fabrication experience preferred.
- Proficient with MIG and/or TIG welding (stainless steel experience a plus).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or simple drawings.
- Must be dependable and detail-oriented.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
- Team player with good communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting Pay: $14/hour (DOE – opportunity for raises based on skill and performance)
- Full-time schedule, Monday to Friday
