Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Oversee all aspects of accounts payable, ensuring timely vendor payments and accurate record-keeping. Manage the full accounts receivable process, including preparing and processing invoices, recording transactions, and managing collections.
- Administrative Leadership: Provide general administrative support as needed, including data entry for time tracking and operational reports. Assist in refining office processes and workflows for greater efficiency. - Payroll: Assist in processing payroll on a biweekly schedule.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 2+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience required, preferably in a construction or related industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheets (QuickBooks or similar), along with advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, reconciliation, and general ledger management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills for interactions with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

- Full-time availability: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with flexibility for occasional deadline-driven variations.
