At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a CNC Machinist to work with a leading manufacturing company in Shelby Twp. This role involves programming, setting up, and operating CNC machinery to produce high-precision parts while maintaining strict quality standards.
Shift Patterns

7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday–Friday.

Up to 50 hours per week (7:00 am to 5:30 pm) when available.
Pay Rates
Must-have requirements for CNC Machinist

Experience setting up CNC lathes, including tooling, fixtures, offsets, and loading/unloading parts.

Proficiency in programming CNC machines using CAM software and reading/interpreting G & M codes.

Ability to use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges for in-process inspections.

Capability to set up and operate Bridgeport and manual lathes when required.
Desirable requirements for CNC Machinist

Prior exposure to CAM programming beyond basic edits.

Experience operating Bridgeport or manual lathes for secondary operations.

Ability to safely operate an overhead crane and Hi-Lo for material handling.

Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot production issues.

Assemble components and use hand tools for necessary adjustments.
