We are now expanding our supplier-side solutions within the promotional products market, with a focus on helping distributors and brands execute large-scale custom apparel and sourcing programs.
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Sales & Account Manager to drive new business growth and manage strategic client relationships.
This role is focused on identifying opportunities, building relationships, closing deals, and growing accounts within the promotional products, branded merchandise, custom apparel, sourcing, and manufacturing industries.
The ideal candidate understands the promotional products ecosystem, has B2B sales experience, and enjoys consultative selling by helping customers find custom product and sourcing solutions.
Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities
- Prospect and build relationships with distributors, brands, agencies, and enterprise clients
- Manage the full sales cycle from discovery through close
- Develop proposals, quotes, and sourcing solutions
- Grow existing customer accounts through upselling and relationship management
- Work with sourcing and production teams to deliver successful projects
- Present the value of factory-direct sourcing and custom manufacturing solutions
- Maintain strong long-term customer relationships
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B sales, account management, or business development experience
- Experience managing client relationships and revenue opportunities
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
Preferred Experience
- Promotional products industry experience
- Experience working with promotional product distributors or suppliers
- Experience selling branded merchandise, apparel, uniforms, or custom products
- Experience with global sourcing or manufacturing
- Experience with enterprise accounts or large merchandise programs
- Familiarity with promotional industry organizations such as PPAI and ASI
- Experience with platforms such as SAGE or Distributor Central
