Job Overview
The Village of Nashville is seeking a part-time Treasurer / Water-Sewer Clerk.
The treasurer must have clerical and bookkeeping skills. Ability to multi-task and problem solve is a must. Detail oriented, highly organized and have excellent customer service experience. Proficiency in computer skills, experience with Microsoft office and knowledge in BS&A software is a plus. An Associate’s Degree in accounting or related field is preferred.
Duties may include but are not limited to bookkeeping and reporting, responsible for monthly utility billing process, completing the Village tax process, greeting customers, processing payments and answering phone calls. 20 hours per week
Drug test and complete background check is required.
