Overview:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Marijuana Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will assist customers in selecting cannabis products, provide information on strains, usage, and effects, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a welcoming manner adhering to compliance
- Educate customers on different strains, products, and consumption methods
- Provide recommendations based on customer needs and preferences
- Accurately handle cash transactions and use point-of-sale (POS) systems; experience with Weave a plus
- Maintain inventory levels and keep the store organized
- Follow compliance with state regulations and company policies
- Uphold cleanliness and organization within the dispensary
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse customers
- Knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and effects
- Strong attention to detail for accurate product handling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
- Multilingual skills are a plus to assist a broader range of customers
- Upselling abilities to increase sales and promote featured products
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous for serving a diverse clientele
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Prior experience in retail or customer service preferred
- Familiarity with cannabis laws and regulations and badge required

Pay: $17.50 - $18.00 per hour
