Crawford Company is seeking a MEP Designer. This position provides design and drafting support to the engineering team. In this role, you will support multiple divisions within the company and work directly with project managers, estimators and clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive design-build drawings suitable for permitting, cost estimating, and construction.
- Produce detailed fabrication drawings for HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
- Lead coordination efforts between MEP design and other trades.
- Establish, implement, and maintain company drafting standards.
- Support field operations, including layout and coordination using Trimble Points.
- Perform field data capture using Trimble 3D scanner technology on jobsites.
- Conduct MEP coordination using Navisworks.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- +3 years of relevant design/drafting experience
- Working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Bluebeam, and Trimble Points.
Compensation commensurate with experience and background.
