We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused professional who enjoys meeting people, solving problems, and helping customers during stressful situations. This role combines customer service, property inspections, estimating, and sales consultation.
Job Overview
As a Restoration Project Manager, you will be the first point of contact for many of our customers following a water, mold, or fire loss. You will meet customers at their homes or property, inspect damaged areas, identify restoration needs, educate and serve customers, explain our services, and provide estimates and solutions.
This is a fast-paced role focused on helping customers make informed decisions while delivering exceptional customer service.
No restoration experience is required for the right candidate. We will train individuals with strong communication, detail oriented, and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and scheduled appointments
- Conduct on-site inspections of water, mold, fire, and related property damage
- Document damage through photos, notes, and measurements
- Prepare and present estimates and service recommendations
- Educate customers on the restoration process and next steps
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure smooth project execution
- Follow up with customers and maintain strong communication throughout the project
- Build trust and confidence with homeowners, property managers, and business owners
- Maintain accurate customer records and job documentation
- Participate in on-call rotation as assigned

Pay: $27.00 - $34.00 per hour
