Job description
Case Management services plays a crucial role in supporting individuals with mental health challenges by coordinating care, advocating for services, and ensuring clients receive the support they need to maintain stability and improve their quality of life. Experience or interest in working with adults with a mental health diagnosis desired. Multi-disciplinary team of psychiatrists, therapists, nurses and social workers. A minimum degree required is an Associate’s Degree in criminal justice or Human Services or a BA in Psychology or related field of study.
Vacation
2 weeks for year 1-3
3 weeks beginning of 4th year
4 weeks beginning of 5th year
Holidays
11 paid holidays (including 4 Flexible Holidays which can be used any time after the day)
