- Weekly Pay: Up to $2,720/week
- Blended Rate: Up to $68/hour
- Taxable Rate: Up to $38/hour
- Travel Stipend: Up to $1,200/week

HARD STOP Requirements
Siemens MRI experience is required.
Candidates must have experience with:
- Siemens MRI equipment
- Epic documentation
- MRI safety screening
- IV starts
- Phlebotomy
- Contrast administration
- PACS
Required Certifications
- BLS
- ARRT (R) OR ARRT (MR) — either one accepted
- Ohio radiographer license
- High school diploma transcripts required

Additional Information
- Rotating schedule primarily 4x10s, 8:30 AM–7:00 PM
- May require 5x8s, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM to cover vacations
- Maximum RTO: 1 request
- RTO must be submitted with the candidate
- Strict compliance deadline: Tuesday prior to start
- Ohio fingerprinting must be completed urgently after contract signing
- Candidates outside Ohio but within driving distance may need to travel to Ohio for fingerprinting
- Candidates at extreme distances may receive a fingerprinting packet by mail
- 2 professional references required
- At least 1 reference must be from a manager/director/supervisor
- Charge RN acceptable as second reference
- No coworker references accepted
- Former Ohio State employees must be away from the facility for at least 6 months
- Current Ohio State employees are not eligible for travel assignments
- COVID vaccine not required
- Flu vaccine required; medical exemptions only
